WRIT PETITION No.1692 of 2021
ORDER:
Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Agriculture.
2. Both of them agree that the issue is squarely covered by the earlier orders passed by Division Bench of this Court and learned Single Judges.
3. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 31.01.2020 passed in W.P.No.1572 of 2020 and the respondent authorities are at liberty to take action, in accordance wit the clarifications given by the Division Bench of this Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
