The sentence of imprisonment imposed against the petitioner/accused in Crl.A.No.208 of 2019 dated 05.01.2021 on the file of Sessions Judge, Kurnool modifying the conviction and sentence in C.C.No.594 of 2017 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Kurnool alone is suspended pending the criminal revision case on condition of petitioner surrendering before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Kurnool within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such surrender, the petitioner shall be released on bail on the same day on her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Kurnool." ~ rh Sd/-M.RameshBab !
