This writ appeal is preferred against the order dated 28.02.2020 passed in W.P.No.4937 of 2020 by the learned single Judge of this Court. The operative portion of the said order reads as follows:
"Hence, in view of the above disputed fact, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Trained Graduate Teacher (Biological Science) in Zone-III in the vacancies under Notification No.1/2019 if available or vacancies that have arisen and would arise thereafter."
Smt. Kavitha Gottipati, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2/writ petitioner, submits that the writ petitioner was appointed as Principal of a Model School and, therefore, he will not be seeking the benefit of the aforesaid order of this Court.
In view of the above submission made by Smt. Kavitha Gottipati, learned counsel, we are of the considered opinion that this writ appeal has been rendered infructuous and it will be only an academic exercise that has to be undertaken by this Court if the writ appeal is pursued to its logical end on its merits.
In that view of the matter, we dispose of this writ appeal without going into the merits of the case, by observing that respondent No.2/writ petitioner will not be entitled to any consideration in terms of the order dated 28.02.2020 passed in W.P.No.4937 of 2020 by the learned single Judge.
As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
