WHEREAS the petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the
Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, the above case through his Advocate Sri
V.Jagapathi, praying the High Court to punish the respondents herein for their
willful, intentional and deliberate disobedience of the Judgment dated
28.09.2018, passed by this Court in W.P. No. 11358 of 2002.

WHEREAS the said case is coming on for hearing today, and whereas the High
Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed herein and the earlier order dated
27.09.2019, 02.11.2019, 27.12.2019, 21.01.2020, 10.03.2020, 19-06-2020,
19.08.2020, 15.12.2020 and 29-12-2020 and upon hearing the arguments of
Sri V. Jagapathi, Advocate for the petitioner, Sri K. Appa Rao, Standing Counsel
for APDDCF Ltd, for the Respondents, made the following ORDER:

"Issue notice in Form-| to the impleaded 3™ respondent.

Post on 19-02-2021,"
Therefore, you, viz ;

Sri A. Babu, |.A.S., Managing Director, AP Dairy Development Coop. Federation
Ltd., Vijaya Bhavan, Lalapet, Hyderabad, Telangana State.

are hereby required to appear in person before the High Court of Andhra Pradesh
at Amaravati (Nelapadu) on 19-02-2021 at 10.30 A.M and show cause as to why
you shall not be punished or other appropriate order be not passed against you
for contempt of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, at Amaravati.

You shall attend the High Court of Andhra Pradesh in person on
19-02-2021 at 10.30 A.M and shall continue to attend the High Court on all days
thereafter to which date the case against you stands adjourned, and until final
orders are passed on the charge against you. .
