V.S.R.ANJANEYALU presented this Appeal Under Section 96 R/w Order 41 Rule 1 of
CPC, against Decree and Judgment delivered in O.S.No.114 of 2014, on the file of the
learned III Additional District Judge, Bhimavaram, Dt.02.01.2020.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of
grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V.S.R.Anjaneyalu, Advocate
for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as
to why this FIRST APPEAL should not be admitted.
