JUDGMENT:
At request of Sri Bathina Kamalakara Rao, learned counsel for the appellant, permission is granted to withdraw this appeal as adjusted outside the Court.
2. It is represented on behalf of the respondents that Sri Kanakamedala Ravindra Kumar is no more the learned Standing Counsel representing them.
3. Since the matter is being withdrawn now by the appellant, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn as adjusted outside the Court. Interim orders granted, if any, shall stand vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
