JUDGMENT (ORAL)
Dt: 09.02.2021 (ARUP KUMAR GOSWAMI, CJ) On 07.01.2021 as well as on 22.01.2021, it was noted that none appeared for the appellant on call.
We have been informed by Mr. Harinath, learned Asst. Solicitor General as well as Mr. G.L. Nageswara Rao, learned Government Pleader, that Mr. P. Dharmesh, learned counsel who was appearing for the appellant, had since expired. In normal course, in such a situation, a notice to the appellant would have been called for. However, Mr. N. Harinath submits that he has obtained instructions from the appellant-Dental Council of India and he has been informed to apprise the Court that the appeal has become infructuous.

Taking his submission on record, I.A.No.1 of 2018, which is an application seeking condonation of delay of 43 days in filing the appeal, as well as the appeal, are disposed of as infructuous.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
