WHEREAS the Petitioner above named petitioner through! his Advocate Sri
P.S.P.SURESH KUMAR presented this Revision filed under Sections 397 and 401 of
Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds of
Criminal Revision Case, the High Court may be pleased to set-aside the judgment and
conviction imposed by the Court of I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class,
Narasaraopet, dated 17/04/2017, in C.C.No.40 of 2016, as confirmed by the Court of
XIll Additional Sessions Judge, Narasaraopet, in CRLA No.200 of 2017, dated
19/03/2020, and acquit the Accused. .

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of
grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P.S|P.Suresh Kumar,
Advocate for the Petitioner and Public Prosecutor for Respondent No.2, directed issue
of notice to the Respondent No.1 herein to show cause as to why this CRIMINAL
REVISION CASE should not be admitted.

Jakka Mallikarjuna Rao, S/o Chenchu Ramaiah, R/o. Arundelpet, Narasaraopet Town,
Guntur District.

Are be and hereby directed to show cause either appearing in person or through an
Advocate, as to why in the circumstances set out in the petition and the memorandum
of grounds filed therewith (copy enclosed) this Criminal Revision Petition should not be
admitted.
