Second Appeal under Section 100 CPC against the order dated pleased to allow
the Second Appeal by setting aside the Judgment & Decree dated 09-1 1-2020, made in
A.S.No.76 of 2018, on the file of the V Additional District Judge, Allagadda, Kurnool
District and conform the Judgment and Decree dated 09-08-2017, made in 0.S.No.243
of 2007, on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Allagadda, Kurnool District.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant interim
suspension of the judgment & decree dated.09-11-2020 made in A.S.No.76 of 2018 on
the file of the V Additional District Judge, Allagadda, pending disposal of SA No. 301 of
2020, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and memorandum
of grounds filed herein and Order of the High Court dated 31-12-2020 made herein and
upon hearing the arguments of Sri Challa Sivasankar, Advocate for the Petitioner, the
Court made the following:
