Appeal filed under Section 374(2) of Cr.P.C., being aggrieved by the
Judgment in $.C.No. 163 of 2019, dated 28.01.2020 on the file of the Sessions Judge,
Anantapuramu.

|.A.No. 1 of 2020 :-

Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated
in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to
grant interim custody of the vehicle Hero Duet Scooty bearing No. AP 02 CA 6561 to
the petitioner after suspending the order of confiscation to the government in S.C.No.
163 of 2019 dated 28.01.2020 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Anantapuramu
pending disposal of Crl.A.No. 550 of 2020 on the file of High Court.

The Appeal coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and memo of
grounds filed in Cri.A., and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Harish Kumar Rasineni,
Advocate for the Appellant, and of the Public Prosecutor on behalf of
respondent/State, the Court made the following
ORDER :-

(Proceedings taken up through video conferencing)

"Learned Public Prosecutor is directed to submit counter placing on record
necessary details with regard to the ownership of the vehicle as well as the status
of the vehicle.

Adjourned.
Post on 17.02.2021.

Till then, there should be status quo with regard to the possession of the
subject vehicle."
