JUDGMENT :
In view of the representation of Smt. Mahalakshmi, learned counsel, for Sri K.G.Krishna Murthy, learned counsel for the appellants, and as confirmed by Sri S.V. Muni Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents, necessary permission is granted to withdraw since the matter is settled outside the Court.
Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn being adjusted outside the Court.
As sequel thereto, all pending miscellaneous petitions, irrespective of their nature, shall stand closed. Interim Orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
