                Whether both the Courts below failed to take into
                consideration the established principles of law that the
                "admitted facts need not be proved" ignoring the
                admissions made by P.W.1 in contrary to Section 58 of the
                Evidence Act?

                      Issue notice to the respondent.

List during the 2nd week of February 2022.
