The following substantial questions of law arise for determination in the second appeal:
1. Whether the judgment of the lower Appellate Court is contrary to the principles laid down in decided cases and perverse?
2. In the absence a valid registered document relinquishing the rights by the Plaintiff whether the Defendant, who is claiming under a unregistered Kararunama alleged to have been executed by Plaintiff and which is not produced by him, can deny the valid right got both the Plaintiff and Defendant under a Court decree as held in the judgment reported in 2011(6) ALT 530?
