JUDGMENT:
Learned counsel for the appellant represented that the parties have adjusted the matter outside the Court and requested permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal.
2. Permission is granted and accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, interim order, if any passed earlier, stands vacated and the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, stands closed.
