                substantial      questions    of   law    arises    for
                determination in this 2nd appeal, ADMIT.


                1.Whether     the    plaintiffs    are   entitled   for
                permanent injunction      without establishing the
                possession i.e., the essential ingredients for
                granting permanent injunction ?
                2. Whether the possession of the defendant is
                protected under Section 53(A) of the Transfer of
                Property Act ?
