The sentence of imprisonment against the petitioner/Accused in judgment dated 17.11.2021 in Criminal Appeal No.347 of 2019 on the file of the Court of learned Special Judge-cum-IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Guntur which was imposed in judgment dated 05.07.2019 in C.C.No.40 of 2016 on the file of the Court of learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Bapatla, Guntur District alone is suspended pending the criminal revision case on condition of petitioner surrenderring before the Court of learned Additonal Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Bapatla, Guntur District and on such surrender, the petitioner shall be released on bail on the same day on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Additonal Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Bapatla, Guntur District.
Petitioner shall deposit 20% of the cheque amount before the trial Court, within two (02) weeks from today.
