Whether the lower appellate court is right that the plaintiffs are the rightful owners of the plaint schedule property in view of the new enactment of the Act of Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) Inams (Abolition and conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1956?
2. Whether the lower appellate court is right in referring the judgment of Raavi Satish vs. State of Andhra Pradesh which was overruled by this Hon'ble Court in judgment of Vinjamuri Rajagopala Chary and others vs. Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Hyderabad and others reported in W.A.Nos.343 of 2015 and batch dated 23.12.2015?
