ORDER:
It appears that a learned Single Judge of the erstwhile High Court at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, by order dated 06.07.2018 in W.P.No.14994 of 2008 had considered a similar issue and had held against the writ petitioner.
2. In view of the said judgment, the present writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
