        I.A.No. 4 of 2021 is filed by the petitioner-plaintiff seeking

permission of this Court to withdraw the present suit stating that the

matter is settled amicably between the parties.

        Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

        I.A.No. 4 of 2021 is allowed and the commercial suit is

accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.       The order dated 22-03-2021

passed in I.A.No. 2 of 2021 stands vacated and respondent No.

3/defendant No. 3 is directed to permit respondent No. 1/defendant

No. 1 Vessel to sail. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall

stand dismissed in consequence.
