1. Heard Sri Manoj Mishra, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State-Respondents.

Learned counsel for parties, at the outset, submits that the controversy involved in present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment passed by this Court in Vinay Kumar Pandey and others vs. State of U.P. and others, Neutral Citation No. 2024:AHC:5922, as corrected vide order dated 01.02.2024, therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of aforesaid judgment.
3. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of judgment passed by this Court in Vinay Kumar Pandey (supra) taking note of para 15 of judgment.
