1. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
2. The present petition has been filed challenging the impugned judgment and order dated 05.07.2023 passed in proceeding under Section 144 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the impugned order, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an appeal and thereafter a further remedy of second appeal under Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006.
4. Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006.
