None appears for the revisionist as well as opposite party No. 2 even in the revised call, however, learned A.G.A. is present.
Learned A.G.A. pointed out that the revisionist has been acquitted by the Juvenile Justice Board vide judgment dated 31.5.2022, hence, the present revision has become infructuous.
In view of the above, present revision is dismissed as infructuous.
