It is informed that an identical controversy has already been set at rest by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in a bunch of writ petitions connected to Public Interest Litigation No. 878 of 2022 (Vaibhav Pandey Vs. State of U.P. and Another).
In view of undisputed position, the present writ petition is also allowed in terms of judgment and order rendered in Public Interest Litigation No. 878 of 2022 (Vaibhav Pandey Vs. State of U.P. and Another) on 27th of December, 2022.
