It is argued that the issue raised in the present writ petition with regard to pay protection has been decided by this Court in the case of Farhan Ahmad v. State of U.P. & Ors. (Writ - A No.28133 of 2019) decided on 03.01.2023.
Considering the fact that the issue has already been decided, the present petition is disposed off on the same terms and conditions as contained in the judgment dated 03.01.2023 passed in Farhan Ahmad's case (supra). All the benefits accorded in the said judgment to the petitioners therein shall be extended to the present petitioner also.
Impugned order dated 14.08.2019 is quashed.
