Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel as well as Sri Sarvesh Kumar Dubey, learned Counsel for the respondent no.3.
The contention of the Counsel for the petitioners is that the issue raised in the present writ petition is covered by the judgment of this Court dated 21.04.2022 passed in Writ-A No.38477 of 2016 (Balrendra Prasad Rai and others vs State of U.P. and others).
As the issue is covered by the abovesaid judgment and the directions have been issued by this Court on 21.04.2022, the present petition is disposed off on the same terms and conditions.
The benefit granted to the petitioners of the Writ-A No.38477 of 2016 shall be given to the petitioners of the present writ petition.
