1. Learned counsel for parties are in agreement that similar controversy has been decided by this Court in Writ Petition No. 10396 of 2019 and connected writ petitions vide judgment dated 09.09.2020 whereby bunch of writ petitions have been dismissed.
2. Accordingly this writ petition is dismissed in terms of above referred judgment.
