This appeal is reported to have been filed beyond time by 119 days.
Having gone through the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of delay condonation application, I am of the view that cause shown for delay in filing appeal is sufficient.
Accordingly delay is condoned.
Delay condonation application is allowed.
