Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vikram Bahadur Yadav learned Standing Counsel.
Undisputedly and as has been pointed out by the learned Standing Counsel the caste certificate which was produced by the petitioner was for applicants applying for appointment to posts under the Government of India. The certificate was not as per the stipulations contained in the advertisement. This issue even otherwise stand settled against the petitioner in view of the decision of the Full Bench in Gaurav Sharma Vs. State of U.P. And Others 2017(5) ADJ 494.
Consequently this petition shall stand dismissed.
