The application is made by Sri Ashok Kumar Bhatnagar, learned counsel for respondent that first appeal has been decided on merits vide order dated 31st May, 2018.
Tribunal shall disburse the amount to the claimant without any security as the appeal which is of the year 1999 which has already been decided on merits. The amount lying shall be transmitted to the Tribunal forthwith by High Court not later than three weeks from today.
