Sri Devendra Kumar Pathak, learned counsel for the revisionist has pressed the revision and submitted that the instant revision may be allowed, as the amount so fixed by the learned court below as maintenance, is very meager. He has further submitted that he has enclosed the salary slip of the opposite party, which provides that the salary of the opposite party was Rs.24,858/- in the year 2009. He has also submitted that now the salary of the opposite party must be much higher as he was getting Rs.24,858/- in the year 2009, therefore, the amount so fixed by the family court be enhanced.
No one has put in appearance on behalf of the opposite party, therefore, the case is adjourned for today.
List this revision in the week commencing 12.11.2018.
It is made clear that the instant revision shall not be adjourned on the next date and it would be decided on the basis of record, pleadings and submissions of the learned counsel for the revisionist for the reason that this is a very old criminal revision of the year 2006.
