Heard learned counsel for the parties.
It has been informed that Ms. Jyoti Sikka, learned counsel is not conducting this case for and on behalf of the District Basic Education Officer, Unnao and presently Sri Rajiv Singh Chauhan, learned counsel would conduct this case on behalf of the aforesaid authority.
Sri Rajiv Singh Chauhan, learned counsel has submitted that the paper book of the aforesaid writ petition is not with him, therefore, he is unable to assist the Court.
The matter is of the year 2012, therefore, let it be listed on 16.05.2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioner shall provide the photocopy of the paper book of Writ Petition No.3876 (S/S) of 2012 within 48 hours to Sri Rajiv Singh Chauhan, learned counsel, so that Sri Chauhan may seek complete instructions from the District Basic Education Officer, Unnao and if any affidavit is needed, the same may be filed on behalf of the B.S.A.
When the case is next listed, name of Sri Rajiv Singh Chauhan, Advocate be printed in the cause list as counsel for the opposite parties.
