We have perused the order of the Apex Court dated 27th July, 2018 which is expected herein.
"Leave granted to consider the question of quantum of compensation. There will be stay of 50 per cent of the compensation awarded. The remaining amount, if not paid, be paid within a period of two weeks from today by way of a demand draft to learned advocate on record to the respondents in terms of the impugned judgment.

In view of the matter having been entertained by the Apex Court and the orders passed quoted hereinabove the petition now shall not be listed for any further consideration and shall stand finally disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 10.4.2018.
