Learned counsel for the appellant submits the sole appellant has died on 17.7.2016. The substitution application has been filed on 16.11.2016 with delay condonation application.
Learned counsel for the respondent states that he has no objection to allow the delay condonation application and the substitution application.
Cause shown is sufficient, therefore, the delay condonation application is allowed. Delay in filing the substitution application is condoned. The substitution application is allowed.
Necessary amendment be carried out within ten days.
