On the request of the learned counsel for the appellant what we find is that only the photostat copies of the documents on which reliance has been placed as additional evidence has been filed.
Prima-facie such photostat copies if the originals are available would not be admissible in evidence.
The learned counsel for the petitioner prays for filing an appropriate affidavit bringing on record the original of the copies that have been filed along-with application no. 183380 of 2015.
Learned counsel for the appellant prays for three weeks' time for the same.
