1. Present appeal has been filed with an application of condonation of delay.

2. Shri Vikash Sharma, Advocate appearing on behalf of respondent was sough a week's time to file objection against the application for condonation of delay. No objection has been filed by respondent to the application of condonation of delay.

3. Today, an illness slip has been received from Shri Vikash Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent and submitted that he is not feeling well therefore, he is unable to argue this case today.

4. No request has been made for granting further time to the application of condonation of delay.

5. We have examined the submission of learned counsel for appellant and pursued the affidavit filed in support of the application of condonation of delay.

6. On due consideration, application is allowed, delay is condoned.

7. List this case in the month of July, 2017 for hearing.

8. Let Lower Court Record be summoned and learned counsel for the appellant is directed to take steps within a week.
