This special appeal is directed against the judgement and order dated 11.11.2010 passed by learned Single Judge.
In the judgement and order of the learned Single Judge dated 11.11.2010 passed in Writ Petition No.44484 of 2004 (Surender Narayan Sing and another Vs. State of U.P. and others) a categorical finding has been recorded that the alleged appointment offered to the petitioner by the Principal, District institute of Education and Training (D.I.E.T) Emiliya, District Mau was without authority of law in inasmuch the power in that regard is vested in the Joint Director of Education, Azamgarh Region, Azamgarh. It has further been recorded that such appointment was made without following any procedure known to law.
The findings so recorded by the learned Single Judge could not be successfully assailed before us. We see no reason to interference with the judgement and order of learned Single Judge.
The appeal lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
