Petitioner has approached this court with the allegation that opposite party no.3 proceeding to construct housing in the name of Mananiya Kanshi Ram Sahari Housing Scheme without acquiring the land of the petitioner and the land acquisition of the same in accordance with law of plot no. 501 measuring 0.601 hectare and learned Standing Counsel is directed to seek instruction as to whether State authorities are intending to go ahead with the scheme of land in question.
