C.M. Application No.80692 of 2016 This is a subsequent bail application preferred by Pavan Shukla. The first bail application, according to the learned A.G.A. was dismissed on merits.
It is submitted by the counsel for the appellant that he has been in jail for more than 6 years.
Once a bail application has been dismissed on merits, the subsequent bail application without showing new grounds cannot be granted. I find no ground showing that any change of circumstance so as to grant bail to the accused. The period of 6 years of incarceration was even observed by the predecessor.
In the light of the above, this bail application stands dismissed again on merits.
