By order dated 19.04.2017 it is directed that the D.I.SO., respondent no. 4 and the Manager, respondent no. 2 to file affidavits informing as to which post are sanctioned in the institution since year 2001 till date and the vacancies of Assistant Teachers, which had occurred since 11.08.2006 till date in the institution.
List this petition on 17.05.2017. By the said date, either both the D.I.O.S. and the Manager of the Institution shall file the affidavits in compliance of the aforesaid order or they shall appear in person before the Court along with record.
