I have perused the record with the help of the learned A.G.A. However, as none appears for the petitioners and neither anybody for the opposite party no.2 and there are serious allegations against opposite party no.2, issue fresh notice to Om Prakash Singh returnable on 03.07.2017 as well as to the petitioners.
