1. Today an affidavit has been filed by respondent stating therein that he has found a job in Alambagh, Lucknow where he will be earing Rs. 10,000/- per month as a Manager and in order to keep the entire family together. Respondent has also taken a rented house and arranged for admission of the children in P.L.Montenssori Inter College, Sneha Nagar, Lucknow which is 500 meter away from the said house.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that appellant is ready to move with the respondent in terms of offer given by the respondent.
3. To the said effect, let an affidavit be filed by the learned counsel for the appellant.
4. Put up tomorrow, i.e 31.05.2017.
