1. Since C.M.Application No. 68662 of 2011 moved for recall of order dated 22.11.2010 has been allowed, the writ petition is restored to its original number.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has voluntarily offered to pay Rs.1000/- as costs before the Registry of this Court. On receipt of the cost, the same shall be transmitted to the Oudh Bar Association for purchase of books only and the receipt thereof shall be made available to the Senior Registrar of this Court by the Association.
