1. Accused was ordered to be brought before this Court by way of non bailable warrant. However, when this Court was about to recall the order just by hearing the word bail, learned counsel for revisionist objected and stated that the accused has already been on bail. He is aged about 72 years of age.
2. The accused is ordered to be taken into custody forthwith.
Further Order
1. I had passed the aforesaid order in morning. I had ordered the accused to be taken into custody. However, he is now ordered to be released from custody.
2. List this matter on 31.5.2017 for final hearing.
3. The earlier non-bailable warrant which has not been served upon the accused is recalled.
