1. This appeal is of the year 2001.
2. On 28th April, 2017, request was made by learned counsel for appellant that the case may be adjourned for 22nd May, 2017.
3. Today, counsel for appellant seeks further adjournment and requested that the matter may be listed in the month of July, 2017.
4. Accused is enjoying bail for 17 years. The court had issued bailable warrant against accused in the year 2011. It appears that accused is misusing the liberty granted by this Court, therefore, they are ordered to be arrested by issuance of non bailable warrant by the officer concerned.
5. List on 11th July, 2017.
6. In the meantime, Officer concerned shall file compliance report on or before 31st May, 2017.
Further Order As a last chance, list on 11th July, 2017, non bailable warrant be not issued.
