The appellant shall deposit the entire decretal amount awarded by the Tribunal in ECA No.115 of 2014 within one month from today, out of which 50% shall be invested in an interest fetching account/FDR in a nationalized bank and the balance 50% shall be released to the claimant-respondents forthwith without furnishing any security.
List after six weeks.
Any amount already deposited shall be given due adjustment towards the total amount.
In case of default in depositing the amount by the appellant as indicated above, the interim order shall stand automatically vacated.
