Learned counsel for the State submits that as per direction dated 28.04.2017 twice letters were sent for a response from respondent no. 4 District Magistrate/Collector, Amethi but no instructions have been received.
By the aforesaid background, show cause is issued to the respondent no.4 to explain as to why the directions of this Court have not been complied with and in the event cause is not shown, the said respondent shall be personally present by the next date of listing, i.e. 17.07.2017.
