Sri Manoj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for respondent submits that despite order passed by this Court, the copy of application for cancellation of bail has not been served upon him.
A report dated 09.08.2017 has been received from the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shrawasti that copy of the application has been served on the respondent.
In view of the above, the service is deemed sufficient.
However, in the interest of justice, list in the month of January, 2018.
