Submission of the learned counsel for petitioner is that the opposite parties no. 7 to 11 are encroaching over the talab land situated on Gata no. 179 in village Sarsa Khurd, Tehsil Biswa, District Sitapur. The petitioner has submitted an application to Sub Divisional Officer, Biswa, District Sitapur on 20.11.2017 and on his application a direction was issued to the Revenue Inspector/Lekhpal to enquire and if there is unauthorized possession, get it removed, but no further action has been taken till date and the opposite parties no. 7 to 11 are making constructions on the public land.
Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted two days time to seek instructions in the matter.
