The appellant in the instant case was convicted in various Sections of I.P.C, for seven years besides punishment and others and it is submitted by the learned counsel for the accused that accused is in jail for the last six years and two months. The appeal before the appellate court is pending for last more than three years. It is also submitted that so many times the case was fixed for judgement, but so far judgement has not been delivered. So let a report from the concerned court i.e. Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 12, District Allahabad, to submit status report of the case and to explain as to why the judgement is not delivered so far.
