Affidavit of compliance has been filed by the opposite party stating therein that in compliance of the order dated 13.7.2015m the District Basic Education Officer, Gonda has permitted the petitioner to discharge duty as Head Master in the institution in question subject to the final outcome of the writ petition.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that as the order of the writ court has been complied with in its words and spirit, the contempt petition deserves to be dismissed and notice issued against the respondent is liable to be discharged.
On due consideration, it appears that order of the writ court has been complied with in its letter and spirit.
Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed and the notice issued to the contemnor- respondent is hereby discharged.
